We recently announced the withdrawal of two Point-to-Point products – namely: 

• NGA Business Premium – being withdrawn 30 November 2023 
• HSNS Premium – being withdrawn 31 July 2024  

To help you move your NGA Business Premium & HSNS Premium connections to other Chorus business products, we have developed a “Point-to-Point Migration Offer” including: 

• A range of free services, (eg: standard installation and Fibre Project Management) to ensure changing from NGA Business Premium/HSNS Premium to another Chorus business product is efficient and seamless. 
• Plus credits for moving to Business Premium and High Priority Access (HPA).

The offer benefits migrations to most Chorus business products 

The free services under the Point-to-Point Migration offer cater for NGA Business Premium/HSNS Premium migrations to most other Chorus business products – including, but not limited to, Bitstream 2, 3 & 4. 

Plus, we have also included the HPA product in the offer.  

The table below reflects the full product suite the Point-to-Point Migration Offer caters for:

Point-to-Point Migration Offer 

There are two parts to the offer: 

1. Free services apply when you move your NGA Business Premium/HSNS Premium connections to other Chorus business products (refer to below table). 
2. One-off credits for moving to Business Premium or HPA.

NB: HTC = High Traffic Class bandwidth

1. FREE Services  

The Point-to-Point Migration Offer includes a comprehensive range of free services to support an efficient and seamless transition to select Chorus business products including: 

• Free standard installation (value up to $1,995) 
  • Where the installation is within standard installation parameters. 
  • Where the installation required is outside of standard installation parameters, Price on Application (POA) applies. 
• Free Fibre Project Management (value $420) 
  • Fibre Project Management provides project management oversight to ensure moving your NGA Business Premium & HSNS Premium connections to another Chorus business product are delivered on time, within budget and to specification. 
• Free Hot Cutover (value $330) 
  • If Hot Cutover is required (for example where no spare fibre is available to enable a parallel installation of the new service), it will be provided free for migrations from NGA Business Premium and HSNS Premium connections to another Point-to-Point product (ie: Business Premium, DFAS or HSNS Lite Fibre). 
  • With Hot Cutover, we reuse the existing working fibre and quickly switch over to the new product, minimising the risk of any disruptions.  

2. One-off credits: 

Specifically, 

• Receive a $10,000 credit for every NGA Business Premium and HSNS Premium ≤100Mbps High Traffic Class (HTC) bandwidth connection migrated to any Business Premium plan. 
• Receive a $5,000 credit for every NGA Business Premium and HSNS Premium >100Mbps to ≤500Mbps HTC bandwidth connection migrated to any Business Premium plan. 
• Receive a $1,000 credit for every NGA Business Premium and HSNS Premium >500Mbps HTC bandwidth connection migrated to any Business Premium plan. 
• Receive a $1,000 credit for every NGA Business Premium and HSNS Premium connection (any HTC bandwidth) migrated to High Priority Access product – launched August 2023. 

These credits are in addition to the Free Services mentioned above. Terms apply (including clawbacks if connections are disconnected or downgraded within 12 months, and no “double-dipping” with Business FLASH offers).
