Fibre Project Management (FPM) is a Chorus project management service wrap designed to successfully deliver your fibre projects on time, within budget and to specifications.

When you opt for FPM, one of our highly qualified project team members will act as your single point of contact at Chorus, partnering with you to take care of your fibre projects throughout. 

FPM offers the most value to multi-site projects where co-ordination and project management is needed. Our team of sector experts can provide you with the technical support and resources required to quickly and cost effectively deliver fully customised fibre solutions that meet your specific needs.  

Your dedicated Chorus fibre project manager will act as your single point of contact, managing all orders end to end. They’ll keep you up to date and in control through online dashboards and regular project meetings. Using industry specific processes and solutions, they’ll proactively manage security clearance requirements, coordinate on-site engagement with third parties on your behalf and much more.
