Business Premium (Enhanced Bitstream 4) is a premium point-to-point service that is ideal for large businesses and enterprises with complex connectivity and business resiliency requirements. It is the lifecycle replacement for both NGA Business Premium and HSNS Premium.
Business Premium – it’s now more simple and faster than ever
Business Premium offers your enterprise customers three High Traffic Class (HTC)-only bandwidth plans, all with glass-only termination:
- Business Premium 1000 – 1Gbps full symmetrical, both up and down, HTC bandwidth
- Business Premium 4000 – 4Gbps full symmetrical, both up and down, HTC bandwidth
- Business Premium 10000 – 10Gbps full symmetrical, both up and down, HTC bandwidth
These three plans simplify customer Premium Business connections portfolios with
- HTC-only bandwidths – maximum performance
- Glass-only termination – maximum flexibility
- Up to 10Gbps bandwidth – outstanding speed
Improve your reach
Reach more of your customers via our extended Business Premium footprint that includes Chorus UFB, non-Chorus LFC UFB areas and Rural areas too. Additional build charges may apply and these will be confirmed after you have placed your feasibility application with us.
The Business Premium plans will be available in Chorus UFB, LFC UFB and Rest of NZ. Note that:
- availability outside of Chorus UFB areas will be subject to feasibility checks that could result in network extension (fibre build) costs being required.
Benefit from proactive fault management
Proactive Assure is a capability that enables our Assure team to automatically receive a fault ticket in the event of an alarm. This allows us to proactively investigate faults affecting Business Premium circuits, like what we do for network outages.
24/7 hot cutovers - upgrade your customers with ease
Upgrading to Business Premium is easy with 24/7 hot cutovers. Chorus will be able to re-use the existing fibre and quickly switch over to the new product during an agreed two-hour outage window, minimising any disruption and risk.
