In November 2022, we confirmed the simplification of our Layer 2 point-to-point portfolio, including the withdrawal of NGA Business Premium and HSNS Premium. We are on track to withdraw NGA Business Premium 30 November 2023. 

We understand most affected RSPs are on track to meet this deadline, and we appreciate the migration activity that is underway. However, we have recently received limited customer feedback indicating some difficulty with migrating all HSNS Premium circuits by the withdrawal date of 31 July 2024. 

We want to ensure that all our customers understand what is required and are on track with planned migrations. If you consider that you will have difficulty meeting the withdrawal date of 31 July 2024, please advise us as soon as possible so we can understand your situation and, if possible, address the reasons for any difficulties.
