Our FLASH business incentive for FY2024 aims to demonstrate the advantages of business fibre plans, which are tailored to meet the needs of businesses both big and small. 

FLASH Bitstream 2

Eligible products:  

Small Business Fibre  is the ideal entry-level fibre product for NZ’s small-to-medium enterprise (SME) segment. With the importance of doing business online and the continued growth in digital business in our Aotearoa (and globally), it is a must-have for any New Zealand business to have excellent connectivity. 

Small Business Hyperfibre  has everything Small Business Fibre has, plus extreme bandwidth of 2G, 4G, or 8G. 

Credits on offer: 

Valuable credits of up to $500 per connection can apply

*SBF100 is now 500/500 since December 2021, with system name change to SBF500 likely by February 2024

FLASH Bitstream 3

Eligible products:  

Business Hyperfibre is ideal for NZ businesses and schools with 20 or more employees or specialised IT needs, since these plans come with 100Mb High Traffic Class (HTC) bandwidth as standard to support business critical applications such as VoIP, video conferencing, cloud apps; along with VLAN transparency to enable network segmentation, (reducing the need for costly hardware), and for enhancing security. These plans also include the Business Restore feature to ensure downtime is minimised. And of course, Business Hyperfibre gives you those flashy speeds (2G, 4G, and 8G – all symmetrical). 

So as a part of the FY2024 FLASH Business Offer, we have lucrative credits to support you in with new Business Hyperfibre connections, and upgrading existing NGA Evolve (Bitstream 2) plans to Business Hyperfibre. Eligibility also includes upgrades from Education Max to Business Hyperfibre plans so NZ schools can enjoy these FLASH Hyperfibre connections.

Credits on offer: 

You will receive a rewarding credit for each new eligible Business Hyperfibre sales connection ordered between 1 July 2023 and 30 June 2024 that is connected within three months. 

Fibre Project Management: 

In addition to the above credits, eligible HSNS Lite Copper connections that move to NGA Business or Business Hyperfibre may also benefit from our Fibre Project Management (FPM*) for FREE. Should it fit your connection needs, our FPM can be offered - with costs waived (either $240 for a simple location and $420 for a complex location) – to provide project management expertise and oversight, minimising disruption in changing from HSNS Lite Copper to Hyperfibre Business.

FLASH Bitstream 4

Eligible products: 

While we focus on moving HSNS Premium to Business Premium (through the P2P migration offer), there is also a generous incentive for other Business Premium connections.

Business Premium, powered by Enhanced Bitstream 4, is an ideal business-grade fibre plan for bigger businesses with more sophisticated point-to-point connectivity needs. We’re continuing to make it easy to connect, migrate, or upgrade to the Business Premium, with a offering a corporate-grade installation experience.

Business Premium, (Enhanced Bitstream 4) is ideal for enterprise and government organisations with critical connectivity requirements. This product represents the best-in-class for you and your customers; for whom the highest level of optimal connectivity is essential with point-to-point fibre.

Business Premium has extended reach into all UFB regions and the FLASH offer supports you with your Business Premium connections.
 

Credits on offer: 

$1,000 installation credit: for all new Business Premium connections 1G, and $2,000 for 4G and 10G plans. This credit also applies to diverse Business Premium connections. If changing from NGA Business Premium to Business Premium, the standard installation charge is waived, (rather than receiving the $1,000 or $2,000 credit).

*Free FPM (Fibre Project Management): Connecting your enterprise customers is more than just a new installation request, it’s a project. The FLASH offer continues the inclusion of free FPM, providing project management and coordination with every new Business Premium order. Just provide us with the details and your requirements, and we’ll do the rest for you, including order entry - $240 for a  simple location and $420 for a complex location - either option is covered by the offer.

Free 24/7 hot cutover: Installing Business Premium in parallel to the existing fibre circuit can require special attention, particularly when there are no spare fibres available. Hot cutovers enable us to re-use the existing fibre and quickly switch over to the new product during an agreed 2-hour outage window, minimising any disruption and risk. Many (if not all) customers will want to schedule the outage window outside business hours, so the FLASH offer includes after-hours hot cutover free of charge for Business Premium, should you choose to utilise this service - up to $330 in value.

Please note: These FLASH Bitstream 4 credits apply only to new to Business Premium, or an upgrade as per the table above. For migrations from NGA Business Premium or HSNS Fibre Premium to Business Premium, the P2P migration offer will apply instead.
