To help you move your HSNS Lite Fibre connections to alternative Chorus business products, we're introducing our HSNS Lite Fibre migration offer.

Offer details 

1. Free Services  
The HSNS Lite Fibre HSNS Lite Fibre Migration Offer includes a comprehensive range of free services to support an efficient and seamless transition to select Chorus business products including:

• Waived connection fee (value up to $2000)
  Where the installation required is outside of standard installation parameters, an additional Price on Application (POA) charge applies.
• Free Fibre Project Management (value $441)
  Project Management provides oversight to ensure moving your HSNS Lite Fibre connections to another Chorus business product are delivered on time, within budget and to specification.
• Free Hot Cutover (value $330) 
  If Hot Cutover is required (for example, where no spare fibre is available to enable a parallel installation of the new service), it will be provided free for migrations from HSNS Lite Fibre connections to another Point-to-Point product (i.e. Business Premium, Mobile Access, DFAS or vDFAS). 
  With Hot Cutover, we reuse the existing working fibre and quickly switch over to the new product,  ensuring minimal disruption to service.   

2. One-off credits

• Receive a $10,000 credit for every HSNS Lite Fibre connection migrated to any Business Premium or Mobile Access plan.
• Receive a $1,000 credit for every HSNS Lite Fibre connection migrated to our High Priority Access product. 

These credits are in addition to the Free Services mentioned above. 

This offer is available from 1 July 2025 until 31 December 2026. Terms apply (including clawbacks if connections are disconnected or downgraded within 12 months, and no “double-dipping” with other business offers).

HSNS Lite Migration offer letter terms and conditions 

To be eligible for this offer, please sign and return the offer letter. Any migrations completed before signing the offer letter, is not subject to a credit and will not be backdated.
