High Priority Access (HPA) delivers performance that is comparable to that of point-to-point products like Business Premium or HSNS, but for a more competitive price.
With High Traffic Class bandwidth and 9100 Bytes MTU support, HPA is ideal for data hungry use-cases such as medium to large enterprise connections or providing connectivity to wireless sites.
Choose between a Single Port ONT or a Small Form Pluggable ONT and use HPA to connect a wide range of end customer devices and locations, from rack-based equipment to cabinets and wireless equipment where space is a constraint.

Key Benefits
- Single class of service – All HPA plans use High Traffic Class bandwidth. This allows for simpler configuration compared to multiclass products as there is no priority tagging requirement. HTC bandwidth is strictly prioritised across the network which translates to better performance.
- 9100 bytes MTU size – HPA benefits from the same high MTU size as enterprise-grade point-to-point products. This allows for better performance and reduces the load on network equipment.
- Single Port ONT and SFP ONT device options – HPA offers the flexibility to choose between a Single Port ONT or an SFP ONT site termination. This makes it possible to connect a wide range of end customer devices and locations, from rack-based equipment to cabinets and wireless equipment where space is a constraint.
