We recently confirmed that we would start installing the Single Port ONT (SPO 110) as the default ONT on Business Hyperfibre (BS3) New Connect orders. This comes into effect today.

Please note that Small Business Hyperfibre will continue to use the current Hyperfibre ONT. The SPO will only be installed on Business Hyperfibre variants and High Priority Access (HPA) at this stage.  

Remember that the 2G and 4G variants of HPA are launching on 6 May 2024 along with the 2G and 4G Tail Extension Service, increasing our high-speed offerings and providing more solutions for your high traffic customers.
