The Commercial Backhaul Service is any backhaul service supplied for the purpose of providing access to, and interconnection with, Exchange Based Services, that is not provided by Chorus pursuant to the UCLL Backhaul standard terms determination.

This service provides point to point ethernet transmission capability between the CPOI Handover Point and the DPOI Handover Point to enable access to and interconnection with Exchange Based Services.
