NGA Evolve (Bitstream 2)

NGA Evolve is a fibre access service, delivered over GPON technology that offers congestion-free broadband from 30Mbps up to a staggering 1Gbps. During the installation process, we take care of everything at the customer’s site, installing the optical network terminal (ONT) and making sure it’s working well, and delivering traffic where you want it to go. With this solution, you can also deliver up to two separate voice lines or three additional bitstream services using the separate interfaces on our ONT. 

NGA Evolve is available in areas where we’ve rolled out fibre in the street.

You can order NGA Evolve (Bitstream 2) without any pre-requisites other than handover connectivity. For this you’ll need:

• A handover connection off the first data switch, or backhaul to a handover connection at a point of interconnect (POI)
• Handover fibre connecting the handover connection to your equipment in the co-located space in the POI or at a remote site.

NGA Evolve (Bitstream 2) can be ordered by selecting NGA connection in the Chorus Portal.
