Logging a fault

  • Hyperfibre faults will be logged via the Assurance website like any other NGA fault.
  • Hyperfibre will initially be a 'Partially Validated Service', we will return 'Service Information 'based on Service ID but ONT status will not be determined in the first release.
  • Service providers should log a fault if they see interrupted service.
  • Chorus will diagnose the service upon receiving the ticket and take relevant actions.
  • We will not in this release be able to determine the status of the ONT through Assurance Channels (website, Checkmate, and APIs). ONT Status will be displayed as ‘Not Testable’.
