Your teams will see real-time diagnostic capability that displays system and service information, including current status. It provides recommended next steps to ensure service outages are restored as quickly and easily as possible.
You can drill down into any issue to continue independent diagnosis and will be presented with fault management options, before deciding to raise a fault from within the site.
Go to the fault management pages to display detailed information on the fault status and expected resolution timeline so you can keep your customer updated, offering a great customer experience.
