As you know, RGW ONT is nearing the end of its lifecycle. This product went into stop-sell in November last year and will be fully withdrawn on 31 October 2024.

This briefing pack outlines the system impacts from this change.

Changes are focused on removing RGW ONT functions from our platforms, while minimising impact to B2B (which will be withdrawn soon too).

The following systems will be impacted by this change:

• Chorus Portal
• B2B
• Assurance Website
• Assurance API
• Line Test API

Please remember to make sure that any customers in RGW ONT mode are migrated to standard mode and have a router plugged in before in before 31 October 2024. If they are not migrated by then, then their connection will stop working.
