This is a notice that the stop sell for RGW mode for fibre and Hyperfibre products has been extended from 30 October 2023 to 19 November 2023. 

This means that orders for new connections, connect and replace, move address or transfers between RSPs will be automatically rejected following the Chorus Portal system update scheduled for 19 November 2023. 

If you have been using RGW mode then please make sure that your frontline teams are aware of this change and that CSR scripts have been adjusted for new customers, who will have to use a separate router. 

Change plans (for example a speed upgrade or downgrade at the same address) will continue to be supported until the full withdrawal in October 2024.
