On 6 September 2023 we confirmed that we are on track to withdraw NGA Business Premium on 30 November 2023. A reminder that if you have not already confirmed your NGA Business Premium connections intentions to us please let your Chorus account team know by 31 October 2023 at the latest. If we don’t hear otherwise, we will embark on migrating those connections to Business Premium in November 2023. Thank you for your continued support and focus on this. 

We also asked to advise us as soon as possible if you anticipate any difficulty with migrating all the HSNS Premium circuits by the HSNS Premium withdrawal date of  31 July 2024.   

These product migrations mean we are experiencing much higher new connection and disconnection orders than normal so we need to plan for resources and longer order lead times than normal to ensure that we can successfully migrate all HSNS Premium connections on time. 

So, for HSNS Premium, to ensure that we can successfully migrate your connections before the withdrawal date, we need you to submit your orders to us no later than 30 April 2024. The sooner we receive your orders, the better, so please do get them to us as soon as possible. It’s also important to let us know if you think you may have difficulty meeting the 30 April 2024 last order submission date.
