Overview
Chorus Data Centre Connect (CDCC) provides a simple, reliable and high-speed, DCI solution to enable customers to interconnect between Data Centres (DC’s) and access a range of Chorus products including our extensive backhaul network.
CDCC brings our network closer to you with installation of high-performance optical transport equipment inside specified DC’s. You can purchase either 10G or 100G connections to take the traffic back to a listed Chorus exchange and onto your nominated footprint or beyond. This is an essential building block to creating a complete DCI solution.

Our DCI solution, allows DC’s to extend their reach with a low latency, high bandwidth connectivity solution that sits at the heart of the Chorus fibre network.
Auto-Switching Diversity
Auto-Switching Diversity is an optional add-on feature that provides simple, geographically diverse path redundancy between the service end points. It uses Optical Channel (“OCH”) protection, which achieves redundancy of an individual optical channel.
Auto-Switching Diversity is available on the 100Gbps variant of Chorus Data Centre Connect (CDCC). Please consult the Service Description for further information.
