Clarifying our Better Broadband and Fibre Upgrade Offers

After announcing our new offers, we’ve had a further question on the interplay between them, specifically relating to how the incentives are applied. We’d like to clarify this for everyone.

We consider a connection’s acquired as soon as an order is placed by the gaining service provider. If an address on the Targeted Upgrade List is acquired, then this address is no longer eligible for migration under the Fibre Upgrade Offer (i.e. the connection is no longer part of the losing service provider’s customer base that can be migrated under that offer).

Note an acquired connection still has to meet the other eligibility criteria in order to qualify for an incentive payment.
