Ordering NGA via OO&T is ending
We gave formal notice in December 2014, that we’ll be shutting down our legacy fibre ordering systems. We then updated you in February that from 4 December 2017, we’ll stop accepting OO&T / OO&T B2B orders for NGA Bitstream 2, 3 and 3A services. These orders will need to be placed in Chorus Portal.
What’s changing
From 4 December 2017, inflight orders in OO&T will be managed via Chorus Portal only. This includes escalations. This means that you’ll need to check Portal for any order updates. Orders placed in OO&T from 4 December 2017 will be rejected.
Supporting details
Your service delivery manager will provide you with a monthly list of your OO&T inflight orders, from now until the end of November. This list will contain all the relevant information, to manage your inflight orders' notifications via Portal.
We also stated in February’s Update that we’ll shut down Self Service Portal (SSP) on 4 December 2017. This has now been re-scheduled for June 2018.
