There is a label on the side of the ONT with two QR codes:

• QR Code (for information):  When customers scan the ‘CHORUS’ QR code (left-hand side) it will take them to a webpage that will give:
  • 3rd Generation ONT (Type 300) Overview 
  • Basic Troubleshooting information
  • Instructions on how to login to RGW ONT for end customers
• QR Code for Wi-Fi: The ‘Wi-Fi’ QR code (right-hand side) allows end customers to join the  Wi-Fi network (we recommend customers change the admin user name and password).

Local GUI IP Address: 192.168.1.254 to login

Local GUI Username and Password is displayed on side label next to QR code

Ordering: Same as NGA.

ONT Mode: Needs to be selected at Pre Feasibility Stage 

Order Types available for RGW Offers: 

• Connect Primary
• Connect Additional ONT 
• Change Offers
• Disconnect
• Modify Attribute
• Connect and Replace 
• Transfer
• Move 

ONT Compatibility: Our system will run ONT compatibility check and prompt you to book Replace ONT appointment if existing ONT on site is not compatible ( Type 100 and Type 200 ONTs are not RGW capable).  

ONT Relocation: Select relevant ONT Relocation CSE if you want ONT moved to a different location.

Change ONT Mode: Use Order type ‘Change Offer’ to change ONT Mode. 

Note: Modify Attribute order can not be used to toggle the ONT Mode. You can workaround this by placing a change offer order and toggle the ONT Mode.
