In September we updated Wireline (OOT) to return a negative prequalification result for copper services at a site where a stop/sell was in place.  

Our next step to further improve your experience, is to use the prequalification result to enhance the ordering process, preventing orders from going ahead when a stop sell notification has been issued. This change to Wireline will be made on 28 January 2022.  

There will be no change to existing processes relating to active copper connections at these addresses when submitting a request to disconnect or change plan. 

This change will NOT introduce any B2B schema changes.
