We invite your feedback on our proposed new business incentives starting in July 2022

Our current business incentives – Small Business ADVANTAGE, Business ADVANTAGE and Premium Business ADVANTAGE – are due to conclude on 30 June 2022 and we’d like your feedback on our proposed new business offers, to help us shape what comes next.

Offer period

We are confirming now that we will have an offer in market from 1 July 2022 until 31 December 2022. While your feedback now will help us plan for the entirety of our next financial year (which will run to 30 June 2023), extension of these incentives for the period January to June 2023 is subject to expenditure approval from the Commerce Commission.

We hope to confirm the extension later in the 2022 calendar year.

Request for feedback on proposed new offers

Our focus remains on supporting RSP’s to help connect New Zealand businesses to fast and reliable fibre. We’d like your feedback on the proposed new business offers – specifically:

  1. What do you like or dislike about each offer?
  2. Does this offer seem easy to take up?
  3. Do you plan to use these to help support promoting your own broadband propositions?
  4. Is it easier for business incentives to be a single offer, or do you prefer multiple?
  5. Are there impacts to your business or customers where we confirm our plans for just an initial six-month timeframe in advance?

Consultation/feedback on these offers closes 14 April 2022.
