SME Fibre Drive – Tactical RSP campaign (April – June 2025)
We’re launching a SME Fibre Drive incentive campaign, designed to accelerate business fibre connections over the next three months, ending on 30 June 2025.
Using a Chorus-supplied list of addresses that either have never had fibre or have not been on fibre for over six months, you can earn a bonus credit of $425 on every eligible Small Business Fibre or Small Business Hyperfibre plan activated at one of these addresses. These are stackable too – so they can be combined with the FY25 base RSP incentive programme.
Incentive details
- Special incentive: Bonus credit of $425 on eligible plans (all Small Business Fibre and Small Business Hyperfibre plans).
- Stackable: This bonus can be combined with the FY25 base RSP incentive programme.
- Eligibility: Installed ONTs inactive for 180+ days, and addresses with no prior fibre connection (based on address list from Chorus).
- Offer mechanism: Fulfilment will apply upon activation for connections ordered on eligible plans within the eligibility period (with pro-rata clawbacks as per other Chorus incentives).
- Data support: Retailers who sign up will be provided access to a single data file with eligible addresses updated weekly.
- Incentive period: Available for order from 2 April to 30 June 2025, with service given by 31 July 2025. Sales orders must be within the eligible period and then activated onto Small Business Fibre or Small Business Hyperfibre plans by the end of July).

When combined with the SME enhancements (increased CIR, improved Business Restore SLAs, our new SBHF1G plan and the 12-month trial of 1x Free Critical Response per year for Small Business Hyperfibre) launching on 5 May 2025, it’s a great time to be focusing on getting Kiwi businesses onto business fibre.
