In July we sent out a pack of Portal and B2B changes for Multiple Primaries, which was going to be split over two releases in October and February next year. As you know we had to revise this plan. We’ve now had time to re-plan and the attached pack (see resources below) has the details of the change, which is now scheduled to go in one release in February 2022. 

This release will include changes from the following work streams: 

• Multiple Primaries - This will allow you to provision multiple primary services on an ONT, provided that there are ports available on the ONT. 
  
   
• Hyperfibre ONT will now support standard NGA offers - This will allow you to provision standard Bitstream 2 and 3 plans on installed Hyperfibre ONTs, negating the need for a truckroll and ONT swap (unless the customer also requires NGA Voice). 

We are looking to put these changes in production in February 2022. However, changes will be visible in EMMA before that, in October. Detailed timings are included in the pack below.  

Please ensure that your developers understand this pack, timelines and that any required changes to your systems are done in time to support these new offers and capabilities.
