Following formal consultation with you in August and September, we’re pleased to announce our latest product roadmaps for the Consumer, Business and Networks market segments. We will be moving to a quarterly roadmap update going forward and will publish our next iteration in early 2021.
Following delays due to Covid-19, we held (virtual) consultation sessions in August and September with many of you on potential future product ideas which might create value for you and your customers. We have incorporated your thoughts from these sessions, along with the ongoing feedback we receive from key stakeholders (retail service providers, end customers, industry bodies) into our latest Product Roadmaps, which you can find here.
You will notice a change of format since our last update. We have moved to an agile roadmap view for product development initiatives, to better reflect the status of each initiative, and to allow us to surface longer-term ideas to you for ongoing dialogue and discussion. We have retained the calendar roadmap view for offers and product lifecycle changes, to give you more certainty on the known timing for these.
We will be moving to a quarterly update rhythm for our Product Roadmaps going forward. We hope this will provide you with better visibility of our plans, and improve alignment to your own business planning processes. We anticipate publishing our next update in early 2021.
