We are reducing prices for the Voice component of NGA Tail Extension Service (NGA TES) from 1 October 2021, as indicated last month.  

Chorus’ NGA TES is the service that allows you to aggregate UFB Bitstream services from multiple UFB candidate areas on a single UFB handover, with benefits including:  

• Nationwide reach on a fully redundant network 
• Reduced operating costs due to the ability to close under utilised UFB Handovers 
• No need to buy separate backhaul links as a simple tail extension can connect a UFB Bitstream service to any handover in the country 
• Ability to have separate handover delivery points for voice and data traffic
