In-home services test insights and next steps

A recent Chorus survey shows that 39% of all broadband customers have encountered  wi-fi issues and 35% of all customers require technical assistance to resolve their issue. This highlights the relevance of the In-Home service proposition that we tested earlier this year.

 

What have we done so far to explore the In-Home support opportunity?

In September we conducted a test and learn exercise to deliver a basic In-Home service with our retail service provider partners and gained valuable insight around technician capability and customer experience.
