Thank you to those who attended our in-home services test and learn online sessions on 03 and 04 June 2020 and provided valuable feedback.

Given the broad support for this concept we plan to proceed with our test and learn trials (~12 households). There are currently two potential service providers who would like to partner for these trials, and we are working with them to establish format and timeline (expected to be August 2020).

Next steps 

We’ll provide an industry update to share the results from the trial and will endeavour to post interim updates to In-home services webpage as we progress.
