Cancellation charging – review and decision

We suspended Cancellation charging in Oct 2020 pending a review post 30 April 2021. Our review concluded that cancellation rates are largely under the would-be thresholds and with your continued focus on reducing avoidable cancellations, we envisage this trend continuing. Therefore, we have decided to suspend Cancellation charging until further notice.

We don’t intend to revisit Cancellations charging again unless it surges significantly and starts impacting customers.
