Smart Locations are locations or objects that do not have a physical street address, or they are a location within an existing address that requires creation of a bespoke address. These addresses are created and maintained by Chorus.
It is recommended that you raise a Smart Location address validation request through Chorus Portal.
We will check if a valid address is already in our system, and if not, create a new one. It’s important for you to provide us with all the requested detail including the type of Smart Location to avoid order cancellations and restarting the process again.

Select NBAP, and then enter the details requested. Provide maps if you have them.
