We’re increasing the reach of our one-day installation process
From 1 May we will be increasing the reach of our one-day installation process through our Managed Fibre campaign. We will now be including customers who have been able to order fibre for more than two months in newly built cabinet areas within our new order aggregation process.
What’s changing
We’ve been assessing options to increase the reach of our one-day installation process, giving you the ability to market shorter installation time-frames through pre-agreed campaign areas to more people. One solution is to adjust our newly released cabinet area stand down period from three months to two months. This will increase the density of opportunities within your campaign area, ultimately to better support your fibre sales.
