We’re upgrading the software on our Baseband IP / extended session border controllers, to ensure they’re as resilient as possible. These controllers act as mediation points between our Baseband IP network and your soft switch. Upgrades are planned between 5 to 28 September 2017.

Don't worry, we’re not expecting any service disruptions. Our deployed network architecture means there'll be no impact to your customers’ services. The upgrades will be conducted between 11pm and 3am, on the following nights:
