Upcoming Portal and B2B changes on 17 March 2024
Last year we let you know about the upcoming Portal and B2B changes on 17 March 2024.
As we approach this date, we just want to make sure that you are ready.
This release includes the features from the following changes:
- Fibre product renaming – changing the product names to better reflect their actual speed (see the table below, with more detail in the pack).
- Simplifying CPE upgrades (NGA Remote ID field) – allowing DHCP and PPPoE to be provisioned so that configuring customers CPE can be made simpler.
- Removal of gold and silver SLAs – removal of legacy SLA fields that are no longer in use.
The detailed pack of these changes was attached to the notification above and can be found here.

The bulk upload form has also been updated and will present a static warning message to remind users to use this new version of the form. This form has been updated on the Smart Location landing page. As usual, users will get an error message if the uploaded file doesn’t have the correct values.
Please make sure that you have your resources assigned and ready for this change.
This change and other upcoming changes are all published in the RSP Roadmap.
