We are improving our Identity & Access Management (I&AM) and introducing an easier way to gain access to Chorus online platforms.

One of our I&AM applications (IDEM) that controls access to Tech Mate, Check Mate, Chorus Portal and EMMA is approaching end of life and will be replaced soon. This initiative will impact all the users of these platforms and will allow the users of Tech Mate, Check Mate and Chorus Portal to log in with a single username and password.

What’s changing?

The implementation will take place in just a few steps. The first phase is to replace the Chorus IDEM platform. This new platform will be fully supported in the Chorus environment and will have enhanced user experience especially for mobile Tech Mate users.

For now, current user names and passwords will not change. All users will be informed soon about the new way of logging into Check Mate, Tech Mate and Chorus Portal.
We will work together with you to make sure that your daily operations are not impacted.

Next steps

All changes will be implemented by the end of August 2018.
For a smooth transition, please check for any automated scripts or macros, and plan to modify them before the production date.
