Last year, we introduced extra resources to help connect the 70,000+ tenancies in multiple dwelling units (MDUs) nationwide. The offer expired on 30 September 2017, so we’re now re-introducing this offer for another 6 months.

What’s changing

The MDU Bulk Service Request offer will now be available until 31 March 2018.

Signing this offer gives you extra support with the end-to-end installation process. It includes extra resources from our Managed Provisioning team, who'll work with our service companies to carrying out the bulk service request, at no charge.

Supporting details

You’ll find full details of the offer and a new list of high propensity MDU sites here. We’ll flag eligible ‘preferred addresses’ with straight forward connections, for targeting as a part of this offer.

Note all orders must meet the following criteria:
• All orders are for NGA Bitstream services which are to be installed within 30 days of each other.
• Orders are at an address agreed with Chorus.
• There are a minimum of 10 orders per requested site.

Once the above criteria are met, our Managed Provisioning team will work with you to arrange how and when to place the order.
