Proposed new provisioning Service Level Agreements for industry feedback

Informer 372: 16 June 2016

We believe that the current Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for fibre need to be updated so that we can deliver what matters most to your customers.

What's happening?

We’ve learnt a lot over the past 2-3 years and you will have seen some significant changes in how we deliver fibre, based on your feedback. In line with this, we’re proposing to update the current fibre SLAs to focus more on the end-customer experience and impact.

What's the detail?

You can read the full presentation on the Broadband 2020 Dialogue page on our website.

We will discuss this proposal at the next UFB Product Forum on 13 July, however, if you have any questions or would like clarification please contact Alan Mitford-Taylor, Manager, Industry Relations at Chorus.
