We’re developing a new billing system that will mean a better experience for you, but will also mean that you may need to make some changes to your own systems and processes.
What's happening?
We’re moving away from our current billing system and creating a new, fit for purpose platform that you can help us to shape.
The new billing system may also have implications for your business, so we want to make sure you’re well prepared to make the most of the changes ahead.
What's the detail?
The purpose of the project is to create a system that delivers invoices that are timely, accurate, easy to understand and reconcilable.
The project will deliver a number of exciting features, but it may also mean that you need to make changes in your organisation to consume the new bill. We will work with you to ensure greater clarity on the details and to fully understand your needs.
Consultation
Over the next couple of months we will be scoping and designing the new billing platform. This is your opportunity to help us make sure we get it right for you.
Your Service Delivery Manager will set up an introductory session that will be used to establish the best approach for us to take to help your organisation to work through ongoing consultation and managing the changes.
Timings
We’re aiming to deliver the platform mid 2017. We’ll be sending you regular updates on our progress and will share the confirmed timeline once we’re confident of the dates.
