PLANNED OUTAGE: CHORUS ASSURE SYSTEMS

In December we announced that we would be undertaking a programme of work on our assurance channels, commencing in 2018. One of these changes is a lifecycle upgrade of our internal Assure systems.

The next outage is planned for 4 May from 11pm until 7am.

 

As these are standard updates we anticipate little impact as a result. Further details and any operational instructions during these outages will be provided to you via our regular outage notification communications.

If you experience a channel fault as a result of this outage please follow standard BAU process. Call through for medical or emergency and all other faults should be logged as normal once systems restore post outage.

For any critical faults that may occur, again please follow BAU procedure with a phone call into Assure requesting an update. For six hour faults you will receive a call from Assure.
