We’re building a new assure portal
The current Chorus assurance channels are end of life and we are planning a programme of work that will deliver upgraded platforms and see the current platforms shut down.
During the coming weeks we will seek your feedback on proposed changes and improvements. We will also be providing support to help you prepare your systems and processes for the changes.
Formal notice of the migration from the existing systems to the new will be provided at least 12 months before the old site is shut down late 2018. We expect the notice to be issued shortly.
What’s changing

- Create na Assure API (fault logging) for RSP consumption
- Migrate customers to the new Assure Channel
