New option for Copper Network Extension quotes

From 26 April we‘re giving you two options for quote management activities on orders that require network extension to the copper network.

What's happening?

As a result of your feedback, we developed two options for managing your customer’s copper network extension quote experience; you can continue to manage the communications and interactions with your customer, or you can authorise us do it.  

What's the detail?

You’ve told us that managing the customer conversation around the quote for copper network extension is challenging. Over the past couple of months we’ve been working to design a better customer experience and simplify your operation.

The solution

From 26 April you can authorise us to manage the quote for copper network extension and the communications with your customers, including quote preparation, confirmation and receipt of payment for the work.

Quote management begins once we accept the copper build using our current copper investment criteria. This will enable the service order to be fulfilled. It ends when we advise you that the extension has been staged to build, following receipt of payment.

How do I sign up?

It is available to any business unit within your organisation, but must apply for all orders. We understand that not all customers have a straight forward business structure, so please talk to your Account Manager about how this could work for you.

When will it be ready?

The new process will be available from 26 April, however, actual dates will be mutually agreed on an individual basis as part of the on-boarding process.
