After a period of negotiation with customers and Crown Infrastructure Partners, we are pleased to provide you with a new Service Level framework for fibre services.
We have now provided reporting and payments for April and May based on this new framework.
The new Service Level framework has been approved by the industry via the Product Forum earlier this year. These documents endorsed at the Product Forum on our website. We are still completing the approval process with Crown Infrastructure Partners so will use the industry approved documents in the interim until that approval process is complete.
The methodology we have used to calculate rebates was circulated with reports but can also be found on website. The reports and the methodology document will be refined over time to ensure the reports and calculations are easily understood.
