Methodology for core service level reporting
We outline in this document the methodology used to report on core service levels.
This information will evolve over time, most recently when we published the new Reference Offer supporting documents, that had been the subject of discussion with Crown Infrastructure Partners (CIP) and the industry.
When we update the methodology, it'll attach a copy of the revised methodology to the relevant core service level report provided to service providers. We appreciate that the methodology for reporting core service levels is complex. We're happy to talk to you if you have any questions.
All candidate areas have reached the contractual threshold for additional services levels in the previous service levels. The dates they reached the threshold is provided below for historical purposes.
