New Assurance website on the horizon

In July, Chorus is starting the migration of customers from the old Chorus Assure portals, OFM and SSP to the replacement Assurance website. Our simplified and easy to use new website gives one place to log faults, run diagnostics and manage your problem tickets.

What’s happening

We are phasing customer migrations across July, August and September to our new Assurance website. We have been in contact with each Service Provider with their allocated date for migration and we will continue to work through the migration and training steps with you.

What’s the details?

Chorus is changing the way you log faults with us by putting in place a new Assurance website to log and manage faults for the Chorus network.

On the day of your migration we will be making access to our old portals (OFM/SSP) read-only. Any faults logged in the old system can be retrieved from the new Assurance website.  While you will not be able to directly edit these Problem Tickets you can add comments to get Chorus Assure to action.

As part of this change you may recall we informed you in January 2019 that we would also be changing the format of the email notifications that you receive from our Assure system.

The email notification format change is independent of your migration to the new Assurance website. We are planning to implement the email change on 6 July 2019 at 11pm.

Next steps

Chorus will have already been in touch with your assigned business representative to work with them on your migration date and activities.

We will make available training information and videos along with supporting information for your Assure agents on our Service Provider website.

Your assure agents will be sent login details and instructions prior to your companies associated migration date.
