13 June - Basic VDSL upgrade offer

We announced that you would be able to upgrade your existing ADSL customers to Basic VDSL without incurring connection charges when you order connection only from 28 June. Read the full Informer here.

16 June - Proposed new Service Level Agreements for industry feedback

We believe that the current Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for fibre need to be updated so that we can deliver what matters most to your customers so we've proposed some changes. Read the full Informer here.

16 June - New Mt Eden Point of Interconnection

From 18 July 2016 you’ll be able to deliver NGA Evolve and NGA Business UFB services situated in Auckland to UFB Handover Connections in the Mt Eden Exchange. Read the full Informer here.

We’re moving away from our current billing system and creating a new, fit for purpose platform that you can help us to shape. 27 June - VDSL amortisation update

29 June - Broadband 2020 update layer 1 GPON

29 June - NGA Tail Extension launch delay

30 June - Tech Mate is live, Fibre Testing Application is next

Tech Mate is a web-based app that allows the Technicians to see the real time state of the NGA service after it’s been provisioned, or if there’s a fault; so they can confirm it’s working once they’ve done the job. The launch of Tech Mate also means that we’re a step closer to delivering the Fibre Testing Application tool for you to use. Read the full Informer here.
