We are introducing a new cloud-based project management tool that will change the way you interact with us and give you more visibility all the way through the project life cycle.

Smartsheet will give you 24/7 access to your projects dashboard and track the progress live as it happens.

What’s happening

Instead of waiting for the weekly project tracker to be sent by our team or send an email to request an update, we are making it easier for you to get visibility on your projects and collaborate with us by introducing Smartsheet.

Smartsheet will change the way we work starting from raising a new project request and receiving updates on an existing project, to raising a change request or an escalation on your inflight orders.

By using Smartsheet, you will be able to submit an online form to request a “Managed Provisioning” or “Basic Coordination” quote for any new work with you during the RFP stage. Once the project is formalised, all interactions will take place in Smartsheet:

• Signing the scope of work or letter of intent
• Access to the project plan and dashboard
• Access to all project resources, action trackers, change register, and documentation
• You can also share the dashboard or specific reports with your end customer (if needed).

We’ve already migrated all our inflight projects to Smartsheet and the dashboards and reports will be accessible to you once discussed with your project manager to organise your free access.
