Launching incentive offer consultation

With our Chorus Connect offer ending on 31 December 2018, we’d like to get your feedback on what new offers will best deliver to your portfolio needs to ensure kiwis have the best broadband experience. The consultation starts now and initial feedback is sought until 31 August 2018. It will cover the offer period of 1 January to 30 June 2019.

Engaging with you

The importance of having offers and incentives aligned with you to deliver to your business objectives and to those of Chorus is vital. 
We aim to shape this together by opening consultation regarding multiple aspects of how our incentive offers are created. We’ll also provide visibility and transparency of our planning, enabling you to plan your business with more certainty and clarity.

In this context, we’re looking for your feedback on:

  • How we can increase your fibre uptake through promotional activity
  • Your preferred incentives and marketing plans to deliver faster fibre to kiwis
  • Encourage best available copper broadband in non-Chorus UFB areas - what pricing/incentives will help you target these customers.

Your Account Manager will get in touch shortly with you as we’ll consult and get feedback from you from now until 31 August 2018.

We’ll publish a proposed offer on 6 September 2018 and we aim to have a confirmed offer on 8 October 2018. Please find a full timeline below.

So that we can manage our competition law obligations, we will carry out this consultation through bilateral discussions which will be coordinated through your Account Manager.
