What's the detail?

The Commerce Commission yesterday set final prices for layer 1 (UCLL and UCLFS) and layer 2 (UBA) services delivered over copper, as well as the various non-recurring charges associated with these products. More information on the Commission’s final FPP decision is available on their website

We’ve begun to review the outcome to better understand how it impacts our business and yours. The effective date for the Commerce Commission price changes is 16 December and our current expectation is that we will apply the new prices for the first time from the 27 February bill run. The subsequent month’s bill run will also include adjustments for the Commerce Commission price changes from 16 December 2015.

Any changes will be communicated by informer. We will update you in January with more information about how the changes will affect you, or sooner if additional information becomes available.
