We’re clarifying an eligibility rule for the Enterprise Connect Offer extension, relating to the incentive for NGA Business (Bitstream 3/3a/Accelerate) upgrades.

We recently announced that we were extending our Enterprise Connect offer to 30 June 2020 (except for NGA Business Premium (Enhanced Bitstream 4) new connects and upgrades – credits for those will conclude at 31 December 2019, as planned).

Under the extended offer, NGA Business (Bitstream 3/3a/Accelerate) to NGA Business (Bitstream 3/3a/Accelerate) upgrades are eligible for an $150 credit where you move to another NGA Business (Bitstream 3/3a/Accelerate) plan with a higher CIR (high priority traffic). We are now clarifying that, in addition to a higher CIR, the upgraded service must also have an equal or greater monthly recurring charge than the initial service.

There are no changes to any of the other credits under the extended Enterprise Connect offer. You will receive $300 for every qualifying new NGA Business (Bitstream 3/3a/Accelerate) connection, and for any qualifying upgrades from NGA Evolve (Bitstream 2) to NGA Business (Bitstream 3/3a/Accelerate). 

Timing

This change to the terms of the offer extension will take effect from Monday 17 February 2020.  You can see the minor changes here.

If you have not signed up for this offer extension but would like to participate, you can sign up for the “Enterprise Connect Extension” until 18 December. Please note that the above change to the terms will take effect for you from 17 February.
