Doing better business with you - discovery

We’re on a mission to make it easier for you to do business with us and when it comes to connecting with and communicating with you, our customers, we know we can sometimes fall short.

For the past two months we’ve been looking closely at how we interact with customers. We’ve spent time analysing the channels we are using to communicate with you - via the internet, using digital tools, email, phone, workshops and industry sessions. 

The goal is to better understand the RSP customer journey and when you need the right information from us, at the right time, in the right way.

In the new year, we’ll be holding a series of discovery sessions to uncover what matters most to you when you are interacting with us. We’ll also perform an industry wide survey, interviews, and possible observation studies. This valuable insight will shape several initiatives across Chorus in coming months and years to come.

We’ll be in touch again early in the new year with an invitation to one of our doing better business with you sessions.
