We are currently working on our pricing roadmap from 1 July 2019 and what our next fibre offer will look like from 1 April 2019.
 

April – June 2019 incentive offer consultation

Our Chorus Connect Offer runs through to 31 March 2019.  We are currently working through what our next fibre offer might look like. The offer will focus on high-speed plan adoption (Gig and 100Mbps) and is likely to include a provision encouraging migration from Dunedin’s Gigatown plans due to the promotion period ending on 30 June 2019.

We wanted to give advance notice of the upcoming consultation due to the short timeframe for consultation in this instance.

Please keep an eye out for the draft offer which we hope to release for consultation by 11 February 2019. At this stage, our proposed timeline for this consultation is as follows:

July 2019 price change update

In November 2018 we proposed some key pricing changes to take effect from 1 July 2019 and a consulting framework. We asked for your feedback, and originally planned to formally announce the changes by 31 January 2019. We’re still working through the feedback we’ve received and now expect to announce 1 July 2019 pricing by the end of February.

Please note: the Fibre Max pricing (Gig) announced in November is confirmed and will not change.
