We advised you in November, that we’re trialling ways to improve how we connect customers. We’ve been impressed with the initial results, which has shown an improvement to customers’ experience. We’d now like to test the scalability of this new process.

What’s changing

From July to September, we’ll be running larger scale trials in Auckland. This is to assess costs and operational efficiencies. If the trials are successful, we intend to make a commercial offer available in October. You can then take up our offer in your copper to fibre migration campaigns.

Do note that these trials are:

• Limited to the migration of your existing copper customers to fibre only (i.e. no customer acquisition).
• Dependent on our field capacity. This will determine timing, size and location.

To be a part of these trials, you’ll need to sign our trial agreement letter and its terms and conditions.
